A little taste of what’s currently going on in my life these days…

LOVING // podcasts. I know, I’m a broken record, but I feel like I soak up so much knowledge listening while I work or drive or cook. Here are some of my favs. I’ve had some long drives for Sawyer’s many (many!) doctor appointments, and I actually look forward to the drives, so that I can just sit and listen.

EXCITED ABOUT // finding a new property and moving our family and business. So far the process has been fun and exciting. I love dreaming about a fresh new start!

TRYING TO // be more efficient in a lot of areas and coming up with strategies to make that happen.

WORKING ON // designing Christmas signs. It’s July and it’s the last thing I want to think about, but I need to be prepared early.

ENJOYING // summer activities – our neighbor’s pool, bike rides to the park, ice cream cones, and a more relaxed feel to our days.

USING // The Day Designer planner. I don’t use it as much as I should, but it helps me stay organized and get things done.

WEARING // a cute skirt from Walmart of all places. Go get yourself one. It’s super comfy, flattering, and less than $10.

NEEDING // a hair cut and highlights. The hair always on the back burner.

LEARNING // So many things lately. This podcast episode taught me some important things about using social media for my business.

LISTENING TO // Avett Brothers on Pandora. They are my jam right now.

DREAMING OF // having more land to someday plant a big garden, have some horses, a place where the kids can explore, and we can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
