Exchanges are allowed on all products except for personalized or custom signs. If you would like to make an exchange, we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at

Once we have received your item, we will process your exchange within 2-3 business days. If you are exchanging for a new sign, our normal production time will apply. We will cover shipping costs to ship the new sign to you.
