Desk Drawer Project

I picked up an old desk drawer for free at a yard sale last weekend, and as soon as I saw it, I knew something could be made from it.

So I decided to make it into a shelf…

I painted and distressed the edges and, after about half a dozen nail holes in the wall, finally got it hung straight! (isn’t that SUCH a pain??!)

These are my Amish Grandfather’s old German prayer books that I bought at an auction after he died a few years ago. They are a TREASURE!

And, on the slightly silly side, guess what little love’s latest obsession is??

That’s right…STICKERS! (and they are everywhere!)
