How to do I order a custom sign?

Can I change the size or wording of a sign that I see in your shop?
Yes! It will be considered a custom sign, and you can get details on how to order it here.
How long is your turnaround time if I order a sign today?
Our typical lead-time is 2-3 weeks. Because each sign is make by hand, we can't always accommodate rush requests, but please ask and we'll let you know!
What type of wood do you use?
We use reclaimed barn wood. Cypress, hemlock, and pine are the most used varieties.
Do you use vinyl lettering or is the lettering painted?
Each sign is carefully hand-painted using a process that is labor-intensive but creates the best results. We feel your creation is worth the extra effort!
Do you have a showroom or store open to the general public?
Our facility is not open to the public, but feel free to make an appointment, and we'll be happy to meet with you!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all UPS and USPS for shipping our packages.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can. We are located in Cochranville, PA, and you can choose the "pick up" option during check out.
Do you ship overseas?
